We enjoyed writing "juicy words" to describe a pumpkin. We turned our adjectives into sentences. We read our description to Mrs. Davis and she knew our object was a pumpkin! Great job first grade authors!
Today we made pumpkin glyphs with our buddies. Our pumpkins turned into jack-o-lanterns as we answered questions about our costumes and our plans for Halloween night.
